Background
Delta-like protein 3 (DLL3) is a transmembrane protein that belongs to the Delta/Serrate/Lag-2 (DSL) family of Notch ligands. Mature human DLL3 consists of a 466 amino acid (aa) extracellular domain (ECD) with one DSL domain and six EGF-like repeats, a 21 aa transmembrane segment, and a 105 aa cytoplasmic domain. Within the ECD, human DLL3 shares 86% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat DLL3. DLL3 is known as a divergent DSL ligand since it does not function in similar manner as the rest of DSL ligands. It does not activate Notch signaling through trans-activation, but autonomously attenuates signaling induced by other DSL ligands. A loss-of-function mutation of DLL3 is linked to axial skeletal defects in the spondylocostal dysplasia, which is linked to abnormal Notch signaling. DL-3 promotes proliferation and inhibits apoptosis of cancer cells. The proliferative effect mediated by DLL3 is thought to be due to increased Akt phosphorylation in cancer cells.
The Notch pathway is a highly conserved cell signaling pathway that is implicated in malignant transformation, cell proliferation, cycle arrest, and apoptosis, epithelial to mesenchymal transition, and suppression of neuroendocrine differentiation. The Notch signaling pathway is initiated by the binding of one of five ligands (Jagged 1 [Jag 1], Jag 2, DLL1, DLL3, DLL4) with one of four receptors (Notch 1-4). The DLL family of proteins interact with EGF repeats on Notch receptors on cell membranes, triggering Notch signaling. In canonical Notch signaling, ligand binding results in the intracellular cleavage of the receptor by metalloproteases, and the Notch intracellular domain then translocates into the nucleus and modulates transcription of Notch-responsive genes. Notch signaling can be oncogenic or tumor suppressive depending on the cellular context.DLL1 has a tumor-suppressive role in lung cancer and is poorly expressed in the bone marrow of patients with lung cancer. In contrast, DLL1 has an oncogenic role in breast cancer, and its overexpression is associated with a poorer prognosis.DLL4 has an oncogenic role in a range of cancers.DLL3 is a noncanonical inhibitory ligand of the Notch receptor that is involved in NEC/NET tumorigenesis.DLL3 is thought to inhibit Notch signaling in cis; it does not bind or activate Notch receptors when presented in trans. In normal tissues, DLL3 is generally expressed at low levels (if at all) and confined to the cytoplasm. They are hard to chew
Gummies are old and hard, still tried them cause I want a fantastic kitty and it actually did the opposite. It’s been itchy and irritated with every that comes in contact with it. I never had a problem down there but now I do. It’s a no go for me.

Tastes Great, But More General Wellness Than Targeted Feminine Support
I tend to prefer gummies over capsules whenever possible, so these Yalei 4-in-1 Nuora Feminine Balance Gummies caught my attention as a potential replacement for my usual women’s probiotic.
The bottle contains 60 gummies (30 servings), with a formula centered around vitamin C, pineapple fruit powder, and Bacillus coagulans (1 billion CFU). The ingredient list is clean and clearly labeled, and I appreciated that it’s free from common allergens like soy, dairy, gluten, and tree nuts. The outer and inner tamper seals were intact. The manufacturing and expiration dates were also easy to read, which is something I always look for with supplements.
Taste-wise, these are genuinely enjoyable. The pineapple flavor is pleasant, not overly artificial, and there’s no lingering aftertaste. The texture is firm without being sticky, which makes them easy to take daily. Honestly, these fall into that category where it’s tempting to eat more than the serving size.
Where things became more nuanced for me was performance. I switched from a more targeted women’s probiotic that included specific Lactobacillus strains and additional D-mannose and cranberry support ingredients. Within about two weeks of making the swap, I experienced a UTI flare-up, which led me to go back to my previous formula.
That experience made the difference in formulation stand out. My prior supplement included strains commonly associated with vaginal microbiome support along with additional complementary ingredients, whereas this product uses a single Bacillus-based probiotic strain. From my experience, this felt more like a general wellness probiotic gummy rather than something formulated for more targeted feminine health concerns.
That doesn’t make it a bad product–it just depends on what you’re looking for. If your goal is a simple, good-tasting daily probiotic with light supportive ingredients, this fits that role well. If you’re specifically trying to maintain balance in more sensitive or recurring situations, you may want something more specialized.
The brand also includes details like GMP manufacturing claims and batch testing which adds a layer of reassurance, though it does appear to be a newer brand.
At its current lower price point, I do think it offers decent value for a general-use gummy. For me personally, though, I’ll be sticking with a more targeted formula moving forward.

Probiotic fruit snacks

These taste great, just like fruit snacks. I've gotten a lot of gummies from this brand and haven't found a bad one yet. Pineapple isn't even a flavor I usually like, but these taste good. Somehow they're always sweet with no weird aftertaste without having added sugar. Not too sticky, it doesn't leave residue on your fingers, but they do sometimes stick together.
Mainly I got these to have some fruit snacks to eat, but the probiotics are a nice bonus and now I can pretend I'm being healthy when I eat my candy.

Great purchase!
I'm on a keto diet so I use this twice a day and it works great! Just pop a tab in glass with 8-10 oz water, great subtle flavor, no sugar! Absolutely LOVE the packaging! No messing with pouches or scoops! One sleeve has 10 tablets, so just plop it in my bag and I go about my day, not worrying the pouch will tear or open (has happened with other sticks!). Simple. Love it. Can't wait until they have other flavors, but I'll keep drinking this one indefinitely.
