Elio Grasso 'Educato' Langhe Chardonnay 2023Currently, the Elio Grasso estate has a productive vineyard of 14 hectares. The cellar uses only estate grown grapes from varieties traditionally grown, with excellent results, in the Langhe hill country near Alba. Appearance: Intense straw yellow in colour. Nose: Intense aromas of white fruits, citrus, herbs and a little touch of vanilla and butter. Palate: Smooth and buttery, fresh and mineral, with a long fruity finish.

I would have given it 2 stars off, but the original quality of the shirt is nice, just beware of the shrinkage factor. Don't put it in the dryer at all, only air dry it. I'm tempted to reorder another but just then never put it in the dryer.
