  • HISTORY ASPECTS:
  • The French Dassault Rafale B is a multirole aircraft designed and developed by Dassault Aviation for the French Air Force and Navy. It is a twin-engine, canard delta wing, multirole fighter aircraft designed for air-to-air and air-to-ground missions. It first flew in 1986 and entered service with the French Armed Forces in 2001.
  • The Rafale B variant is a two-seater aircraft, featuring a tandem seating arrangement for the pilot and the weapons systems officer. It is equipped with a variety of weapons and sensors, including air-to-air missiles, air-to-ground missiles, and a 30mm cannon. Additionally, it is equipped with an advanced avionics suite, including radar, a helmet-mounted display, and a data-link system.
  • The Dassault Rafale (literally meaning "gust of wind", and "burst of fire" in more military sense) is a French twin-engine, canard delta wing, multirole fighter aircraft designed and built by Dassault Aviation. Equipped with a wide range of weapons, the Rafale is intended to perform air supremacy, interdiction, aerial reconnaissance, ground support, in-depth strike, anti-ship strike and nuclear deterrence missions. The Rafale is referred to as an "omnirole" aircraft by Dassault.
  • In the late 1970s, the French Air Force and French Navy were seeking to replace and consolidate their current fleets of aircraft. In order to reduce development costs and boost prospective sales, France entered into an arrangement with UK, Germany, Italy and Spain to produce an agile multi-purpose fighter, the Eurofighter Typhoon. Subsequent disagreements over workshare and differing requirements led to France's pursuit of its own development programme.
  • Dassault built a technology demonstrator which first flow in July 1986 as part of an eight-year flight-test program, paving the way for the go-ahead of the project. The Rafale is distinct from other European fighters of its era in that it is almost entirely built by one country, involving most of France's major defense contractors, such as Dassault, Thales and Safran. Many of the aircraft's avionics and features, such as direct voice input, the RBE2 AA active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar and the optronique secteur frontal infra-red search and track (IRST) sensor, were domestically developed and produced for the Rafale programme. Originally scheduled to enter service in 1996, the Rafale suffered significant delays due to post-Cold War budget cuts and changes in priorities. The aircraft is available in three main variants: Rafale C single-seat land-based version Rafale B twin-seat land-based version, and Rafale M single-seat carrier-based version.
  • Introduced in 2001, the Rafale is being produced for both the French Air Force and for carrier-based operations in the French Navy.
  • The Rafale B has been used by the French Armed Forces in various conflicts around the world. It has been deployed to Mali, Iraq, and Syria to support operations against extremist groups, and has also been used in the Libyan Civil War to enforce the United Nations-mandated no-fly zone. The aircraft has also been used in Operation Chammal, the French military intervention against ISIS in Iraq and Syria.
  • The French Dassault Rafale B Multirole Aircraft - "Ocean Tiger" is a miniature 1:72 replica of the aircraft as it appeared in the special paint scheme "Ocean Tiger". This paint scheme is used for aircrafts that will be operating in maritime environments, to increase their visibility and distinguish ability from the sea and the sky. The replica also features the markings and insignia of the French Navy. The model is made of diecast metal and plastic, and features a high level of detail, including rotating wheels and a clear cockpit canopy. It also comes with an acrylic display case for easy display and protection.

Fit 2025 Honda crv hybrid sport l
These fit my 2025 Honda crv hybrid sport-l perfectly. They are much more economical than having the shop replace them. I wish it said what the composition is- cotton or otherwise, because I have read you should oil cotton filters to work as intended. I didn't oil them amd so far haven't had any problems, but time will tell. They are a great value for the money and work as described. I would recommend these if you want to save some money on parts and labor for replacing your air filters. There are some good videos online that show you how step by step. I haven't noticed any odors or lack of durability since installing them.
