How It Works:

1. Add 1 vial (16 oz bottle) or 2 vials (32 oz bottle) of Kefir in the Trillions™ starter to a glass bottle using a funnel.
2. Fill the bottle with organic fruit juice or coconut water (minimum 9g of sugar per serving). Leave 2-3 inches of headspace.
3. Secure the swing-top lid and ferment in a warm, dark place for 1-5 days, depending on your home’s temperature. Burp the bottle daily to release pressure.
4. When ready, refrigerate to slow fermentation and enjoy your kefir within 3-4 weeks.
