This fun 1970s, long sleeve, relaxed knit sweater top is designed with a playful ruffled neckline and a bold blue and white stripe pattern that's going to help you turn some heads. It is in excellent, gently worn, vintage condition. 

Although the knit is soft to the touch I would recommend those with very sensitive skin to wear this over a base layer for added comfort.
