When to Replace
- Furnace blower runs but burners fail to light.
- Visible crack, break, or burn spot on the ignitor element.
- Ignitor does not glow at the start of the heating cycle.

Installation Tips
- Disconnect electrical power and shut off the gas supply to the furnace before servicing.
- Handle the new ignitor by its ceramic base only. Do not touch the silicon carbide element, as skin oils can cause damage and premature failure.
- Ensure wire connections are secure using the supplied ceramic wire nuts.
- Verify the ignitor is properly aligned within the burner assembly after installation.
