Sugar, WHEAT Flour, Chocolate Chips (15%) (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (SOY Lecithin), Flavouring), Fat Powder (Palm Fat, Dried Glucose Syrup, MILK Protein), Palm Fat, EGG Yolk Powder, Salt, Raising Agent (Sodium Carbonates), EGG White Powder, Dry Molasses, Flavou

Directions

Simply add 2 tablespoons (30ml) of water. Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer's instructions) /375°F/Gas Mark 5. 1 Stir cookie mix and water together in a bowl using a wooden spoon. Mix well to blend into a stiff dough (if dough doesn't form, stir in up to 5ml more water). 2 Drop well heaped teaspoons of the dough approximately 5cm (2") apart onto ungreased baking tray. 3 Bake for approximately 10 - 12 minutes until edges are firm. For crispier cookies allow 2 minutes longer. Cool for 1 minute before removing from baking tray and then transfer to cooling rack.
