The rear grip's EVA is not used because the Full Carbon Monocoque rod butt is composed of hollow carbon. This produces a very sensitive, light-weight structure that enhances vibration transfer from the lure to your hand through the rod blank. The 2020 Zodias maintains Shimano's Hi-Power X graphite blank, Ci4+ Reel Seat, and improved Fuji Stainless Alconite K guides with a SiC tip in order to deliver the ideal blend of power and delicacy.
