It is created with a mix of mint, aqua, light yellow, peach, rose peach and light pink crystals. The silver version is topped with an aqua rhinestone accented flower. The ring bound style has an extra bit of chain to make the charm drape over the spine of a ring bound planner and is usually about 1 1/2 inches longer than the TN option.
The travelers notebook style has the clasp right at the top of the charm.

Looks and feels great...if it only kept running...

Looks great, feels great...Stopped running about 1 month after purchase. Timex wanted me to send it back (my cost) so they could fix it. I passed. Bought extra coverage, said it was still under manufacture warrantee. Learned my lesson...no more Timex watches.
