The Heavy Duty Paring features a 3¼" blade with a slightly longer handle than the Regular Paring Knife. It offers superior leverage with more control for larger foods like cucumbers and potatoes and is also perfect for trimming chicken breasts.

Rada’s Utility/Steak Knife features a 4⅞" non-serrated blade, providing smooth cutting action. Use it at the kitchen counter for meal prep and on your dinner table for cutting through that perfect piece of meat.
