The 0.57-hectare En Bertilionne climat sits on east/southeast-facing slopes where 45-year-old vines root into yellow-brown limestone soils banded with marl. Hand-harvested in small cases, whole-cluster pressed, and cold-settled at 8°C before natural malolactic fermentation, this wine aged 15 months in 70% oak and 30% steel, showing white peach, honeysuckle, and citrus pith with biting acidity, subtle bitterness, and mineral tension that cuts through the 13% alcohol.
