Mesquite Block M2028 1.9" x 1.9" x 5"Mesquite Block M2028 1. 9" x 1. 9" x 5" 0. 6 lbs. This small block of Texas Mesquite is all heartwood. Its color is a beautiful deep reddish brown. This block has been fully air dried to 10 12% moisture content. There is a shallow crack along the annotated face, see close up of this partially flaked off area. There is also a bit of wane in one corner which will turn off if you're using this on the lathe.
