How to Use: Add at least 10 scoops to a reusable tea bag and add to the foot bath for easy cleanup. More scoops can be used for a bath soak. Soak for at least 15-20 minutes to receive full benefits 

Lavender is the go-to herb and essential oil for relaxation, while calendula and rose nourish and calm the skin while also providing feelings of peace and ease.

Geranium also provides a sense of calm and aromatically helps provide emotional support to the body where physical stress is present. The aromatic benefit of geranium also acts as an aphrodisiac.
