BMW has a knack for maintaining their stake as the benchmark when it comes to performance luxury vehicles, with the F8X generation being no exception. The S55 that powers the 2015-2020 BMW F8X M3, M4 and M2 Competition is dripping with technology, which includes an air-to-water intercooling system for a means of keeping cool. Where BMW's intercooler design was enough to help bring this generation of mid-sized M's to their peak, we here at Mishimoto found some weaknesses that we felt obliged to improve on. We started with the end tanks. The Mishimoto Performance Air-to-Water Intercooler features full, cast aluminum end tanks, TIG welded to our bar-and-plate core for maximum durability as you increase the boost in your Bimmer. Our end tanks also include internal air diverters on both the inlet and outlet to ensure an even flow of charged air through the core. When it comes to the core, bigger is better, and we were able to expand the size of our core in all dimensions, resulting in a 29-percent increase in core volume while abstaining from any modifications when it comes to installation. Our new core also features a unique single-pass internal fin layout for the coolant passage for optimal heat transfer from the charged air to the coolant. With our improvements combined, we saw the Mishimoto 2015-2020 BMW F8X M3 and M4 Performance Intercooler increase flow through the core by 16-percent and recorded a 12 F drop in intake air temperatures when tested with the Mishimoto Performance Heat Exchanger. We also recorded an average increase of 11whp and 8wtq during our testing with peak gains of up to 31whp and 10wtq. With the micro-wrinkle black finish and sleek header plate design, the Mishimoto Performance Air-to-Water Performance intercooler makes for not only the perfect addition to your F8X build, but also looks right at home in the M's engine bay. Like all of our products, the Mishimoto 2015-2020 BMW F8X M3, M4, and M2 Competition Performance Air-to-WateThis Part Fits:

Love the new flavor
Size: 1.45 Pound (Pack of 1)
I have been taking Metamucil for years but was interested in something besides the original orange. For some reason the lemon flavored option didn't seem to be as effective. This is the perfect alternative. Love the taste. I have not seen this one in stores yet. Will purchase more.

Tasty and Effective
Size: 1.45 Pound (Pack of 1)
I don't care for the orange flavored fiber at all, but this tastes good. Normally I get unflavored and add crystal light, so this saves me some effort. The only drawback is that I can't concentrate or dilute the fiber per ounce as much, since that changes the flavor. Personally I find 2 teaspoons per 8oz to be the max dilution I can handle, making it not too flavorful to be chugged while still being just flavorful enough to help me overcome the somewhat odd texture of the fiber.
It's best to add this to mildly cold water, mix well (I shake it vigorously in a water bottle), and drink immediately. If it's mixed well in cooler water at the right dilution and you don't wait too long to drink it, the fiber is almost unnoticeable.
From my doctor and my own knowledge as an evolutionary biologist:
For those of you who are just starting fiber, it's important to not start with the full dose. Doing so can shock your digestive system and have the opposite of the intended effect. Ramp up from one teaspoon, taking it daily (best in the evening) adding an additional teaspoon each week until you reach 4 teaspoons (a tablespoon, the recommended dose).
When used regularly and correctly, daily fiber can be a life changer. Our gut microbiome is an integral part of our digestive system. It evolved with our species, and we need to feed it what it evolved to eat!

Sweet but good.
Size: 1.45 Pound (Pack of 1)
Make sure to buy flavorless fibers as well and blend together with this one at least 50/50 if not 25/75 since it's very flavorful and very sweet with not so healthy sweeteners.
