- Prior to dispatch all vacuum packed Irish Nature premium beef is carefully matured in our temperature controlled chillers for a minimum of 28 days. This ensures that the full flavor is unlocked before delivery to our distribution partners.

How do we use this product?
Thawing: Take the steaks out of the bag, place them in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.
Cooking: For rare, place the meat in a hot pan with a little oil or on the grill and cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. For medium, cook over high heat for 1 minute on each side then cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Storage: 24 hours in the refrigerator, in a suitable dish. 3 days in the chiller of the refrigerator. In the freezer at -18 ° C until the date indicated on the packaging.
