AlphaRex Is a relatively new brand in the automotive aftermarket industry. They've become known for building headlights that are unique in style, offer various color choices, and better than average construction quality. While (in our testing) they don't do as well as the slightly more expensive Morimoto XB LED headlights, they do offer good bang for the buck and certainly worth considering. If you're interested to see what else we've got in stock for your truck, use the buyer's guide on our website!

AlphaRex Design Alpharex Nova Series Headlights for the Ford F150 use their signature 3D ice-cube projector lens system inside. Besides the horizontal NOVA projector row, They have also added a LED tube around the edge as DRL and sequential turn signal. The LED tube is not only used as switchback DRL and turn signal, it also has the activation light feature which is an animated lighting sequence when you unlock and lock your vehicle. These projector headlights have a quad projector design, with the outer 3 projector as low beam, and inner projector as high beam.

Ice Cube Projector Technology AlphaRex integrated their patented Ice Cube 3D LED Projectors that are powered by Osram Black Flat LED Chips. The jewel eye projectors look great inside of the Ford F150 Nova Series Headlights. The projection cut-off line is perfect for American LHD regulation.

Features: The AlphaRex Ford F150 Nova-series projector headlights come with switchback DRL, sequential signal light, and the signature activation light feature, which is a sequential light show when you unlock your car.

Housing: The Ford F150 Nova-series projector headlights are offered with either a chrome, matte black, or shiny midnight black housing. The chrome housing gives your truck a stock housing look and match your truck if you have a lot of chrome accessories. On the other hand, the black housing gives your truck a sporty look and easily match with any color truck and front grill. Above all, the gloss/ jet black housing and mid-night black housing (all black housing with glossy finish) are their specially designed versions that has a combination of glossy looks mixed with the black paint, and it will give your truck a sporty and luxury look at the same time.

LENSES:The AlphaRex headlight lenses are made of polycarbonate plastic. In addition, they also apply another coating to protect the lens against yellowing and oxidation, while also maintaining better light output in extreme weather.

SAE/DOT Compliance: Our Ford F150 Nova-series projector headlights are compliant with SAE and DOT FMVSS108 regulations. Moreover, all our products are certified to ISO-9000, ISO-9001 and ISO-9002. Most importantly, we inspect every detail of the lights to make sure we are satisfied and so are our customers.

Installation: Our projector headlights are plug-n-play direct replacement for your truck. You can download the installation guide from the link in the listing above. Because these headlights have a DRL feature, you will need to apply the DRL module included in the package. No modification is required for installing these headlights; thus, our headlights are easily removable when you need to return or sell your truck and it will not void your factory warranty.

Permission to Help My Child Find Joy
Format: Hardcover
As a parent starting the college search process, I've really come to appreciate Jeff's insights in his previous books, podcast and newsletter. So pleased to finally have this book at my disposal, and less than a month in, it's already dog-eared and marked up! Like most parents out there, I'm fighting my own internal inertia to align my child's accomplishments against the "metrics" (real or imagined) of admission, and gravitating towards the big names. If you are in that stage, I'll say from personal experience that now is a great time to pick up this book. It's a quick read (for someone who's not a "reader"), and it plants the right questions and data in your head to open your perspective. Its funny, every good parent I know just wants their kid to be happy, to find their joy in life. When it comes down to it, our only equating of big name to their happiness comes a derivation that success brings happiness, and big school brings success. As Jeff suggests, this book doesn't say DON'T seek the big name... It just gives permission to look more broadly, that the same success, and perhaps even greater happiness, can be found elsewhere. Now we just need need to make sure our kids see that too, and they are empowered to seek their joy with our full support. There is still data in here that confirms name schools do convey certain advantages. Whether those advantages align with a child's success and happiness is the question we can chase in this process. I, for one, really appreciate Jeff's efforts to make the case for the broader search and taking the time to do it with excellent, fresh analysis of the data in hand. Maybe this book and others generate the momentum to continuing these unique data streams to break the US News/Naviance overload of the process. Good luck to everyone in a similar boat, and I hope you find this as useful a reference as I did.

Works well
Format: Hardcover
I learned a lot about current college selection process. I still recommend urging your kids to apply for stretch colleges. Don't limit to safe schools. But this book helped me understand the nature of current college student selection process, i feel less crazy re contradictory results.
