We have another option for alto flute players -- our ProGig backpack is now available for you. The ProGig is designed to take you through the long haul. There is an abundance of pockets and compartments to store your gear and personal items. As with all our bags, we construct them to last for many years.
Here are the details:
- There are two separate zipper compartments with beefy #10 coil zippers.
- Front large zipper compartment features two music folder pockets and a large mesh zippered pocket.
- Second zipper compartment has a single case pocket with adjustable security straps to hold an alto case, and single b/c foot, or combo case. If you prefer a sectioned caseholder, let us know.
- The case compartment is well padded with a thickly quilted insulative faux suede — protecting against the weather and the batter of everyday commutes.
- Made in an extremely durable 1680 denier ballistic nylon. It is water resistant and abrasion resistant. It also has a nice sheen and is easy to wipe clean.
- 2 rubber handles to carry from top or side.
- Curved backpack straps that tuck away when not in use
- Sternum and load lifter straps to make backpack wearing more secure and help take the load off your shoulders.
- Compression straps tighten and lock down zip compartments for extra stability and security.
- Case compartment section is 5 1/2" deep. Width of bag completely expanded is 9".
- Large outside expanded pocket with additional small, interior zip pocket

- Customize your bag with a choice of five exterior, and five interior colors.

Great scale that needs some improvements to be perfect
Color: White, Color: White
Very accurate scale, looks good in white, timer works nicely and I do like the concept of the ratio conversion. Shown in photos with 0 measurement drift over time, even without the silicone mat.
To make this the best scale in the price range, I would change:
- The auto timer function. Timing currently stops if you pick up the brew to swirl; you must completely restart the process if you do happen to pick it up. I would change that to only stop on user input (pressing a button).
- The ratio conversion. Why offer XX.0 precision if you can only change the ratio in whole amounts? I'd suggest offering 0.1 increments, selectable with +/- buttons instead of cycling through.
- The silicone mat is not well affixed and slides around. Kind of useless as-is and I just keep it off. I would wrap the whole thing around the measurement platform, similar to how the Greater Goods scale does it, to really keep it secure.
It's not perfect, but for the price, it's a 4.5/5 for me. Rounding up to 5 since a 4 is considered "bad" by today's online rating standards.
