Our good friends at the Martin Custom Shop have brought us this: an 18 Style Dreadnought with Sinker Mahogany back and sides construction. Following in suit of a flagship model, this Martin Dreadnought - a timeless channel of inspiration proven over centuries - showcases an exquisite grain pattern reminiscent of a theater curtain; perhaps a sign that this guitar is made for the stage - or your own stage, however you make it.

If you are a fan or follower of Martin's Modern Deluxe series of guitars and want something unique of itself, you are in the right place as this guitar is heavily inspired by the D-18 Modern Deluxe model. On this Custom Shop Martin we have a VTS-treated Sitka spruce top, which in essence "breaks in" the top from factory new, offering an even warmer and resonant response than could be delivered from a standard spruce top. Under the hood, this Martin Custom's Adirondack spruce scalloped X-bracing is also VTS treated.

This guitar's sinker mahogany back and sides was selected by Russo Music for its distinct pattern and fundamental tonal response. A gloss natural nitrocellulose finish is applied to the top, back, and sides.

Following on, this Martin Custom features a genuine mahogany neck with Vintage Deluxe profile and High Performance Taper, fitted with a classic ebony fingerboard. For this particular guitar, Martin's Old Style 18 inlay pattern was selected.

Also notable of this Martin Custom acoustic is its bridge pins made of a Liquidmetal titanium alloy, proven to increase the guitar's volume by 3-5dB.

This one-of-a-kind Martin Custom Shop guitar is available at Russo Music.

Unparalleled source of heme iron.
This stuff is medicine if your are anemic or have low serum iron. Elemental iron from veggies or pills must be prepared by your body to carry oxygen in hemoglobin. Not so with iron from animals and oysters are unparalleled in iron content. Even if you don't find them delicious you will find them efficacious.

Do not recommend
Edible, though barely. Definitely the worst tasting oysters I've tried of all the brands. Hopefully I don't get food poisoning as has been reported by other reviewers.

High quality product.
Warmth? I’m not sure what that means. I make a simple dish out of these, some milk, butter and salt and pepper—then I “warm” it up. They’re a little pricey but the quality and taste/flavor is great. I would definitely buy them again.

Good and can be used in many dishes.
These are pretty good mussels they have not been smoked or anything added to it but mussels, water and salt. Since they are packed like that, you can use them in a variety of dishes. I would buy them again but only when they're on sale because they are pricey.
