Según la tradición, la Virgen María se le apareció a Juan Diego, quien era un converso azteca al cristianismo, el 9 y 12 de Diciembre de 1531. Su primera aparición fue en el cerro del Tepeyac. El obispo exigió una prueba de la señal a Juan. María se le apareció por segunda vez a Juan Diego y le ordenó que recogiera rosas. En una segunda audiencia con el obispo, Juan Diego abrió su capa, dejó caer docenas de rosas al suelo y revelo una imagen de Maria en el interior de la capa. La imagen que ahora se venera en la Basílica de Guadalupe .

Gives good examples and provides the basic foundation of Him as a man and leading a diverse group of folks. And does well to apply to today's world and how you can apply these attributes.
