Handlebar Brake Master Cylinder, Caliper, & Hose Assembly
This front brake assembly is the replacement part for the Tao Tao Pilot 150, Powermax PMX150, Tao Tao 150cc Sporty and the VIP 50 scooters. The assembly has the front brake master cylinder, caliper, and brake line hose. No ABS fitting.
Master Cylinder description:
- Brake hose is about 39 inches
- Right hand
- Black 180mm lever
- Brake hose attaches on bottom
- Uses DOT 4 brake fluid
- Includes brake switch
Caliper details:
- Two piston caliper
- Mounting holes are approximately 67mm (2.6 in) apart center-to-center
- 10mm spacers on mounting bracket
- Bleeder screw included
SHOP NOTE: After changing the assembly, be sure to see if you need to bleed any air from the brake system to insure the caliper is working effectively.
