A simple yet essential fly fishing accessory our Ethafoam Keeper Patches organise spare leaders and flies in one convenient place. Designed to be interchangeable to suit different fishing scenarios - i.e. rivers and lakes or wets and dries - the Keeper Patch is now available as a dual pack.
Each patch features 22 slits for securely holding flies and 10 fine slits along each side to wind and securely store made-up leaders ready for changing quickly. The pack comes with two top clips for attaching to a vest pocket flap and two plastic-covered wire cords for fastening to a D-ring. This has also been designed to fit in the top left pocket of our All-Season's Fly vest."
