This damper also uses high-grade neoprene rubber bushings designed to help reduce vibrations, improving ride quality.
High-Strength Build Quality. This rear shock absorber features a 46mm shock body machine formed from high-quality alloy, providing durability as well as ideal heat dissipation. Also, its 14mm piston rod is manufactured from chrome-hardened alloy, making it brawny enough for the trails. Lastly, the shock body receives a tough zinc plating before being finished in a clear topcoat for maximum corrosion protection.
