The 3M™ Littmann® Classic III™ Satin Finish is a high-quality monitoring stethoscope. Its adjustable two-sided chestpiece with tunable diaphragms, allows for a wide range of audible frequency ranges. Whether used with an open or closed bell, the 3M™ Littmann® Classic III™ in elegant satin finish provides maximum patient comfort with its non-chill ring.
Additionally, the stethoscope offers high acoustic sensitivity for exceptional performance. Headset tension can be easily adjusted for head size and comfort by squeezing together or pulling apart the eartubes. The snap-tight, soft-sealing eartips conform to individual ears to ensure an excellent acoustic seal and comfortable fit.
The new tubing formula with a satin surface is scratch-resistant and dirt-repellent. The satin finish not only looks great but also ensures a more comfortable and flexible feel. This allows you to wear your stethoscope around your neck without it catching on your clothing, hair or skin. The resilient tubing retains its shape and flexibility even after being stored coiled up in a pocket.
