This specific joint is a 2 1/2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 1 in.-14 left hand threads on the shank, and a 2.585 in. mounting width ball with a .640 in. thru bolt hole. It's fine

I got this because it was recommended for stomach and side sleeping. The pillow itself is luxury so soft. It isn't the pillows fault but when I sleep on my sides I sleep on my arms and my neck pain hasn't subsided at all. It's been about four nights so far. I ordered one for my husband also cause he likes flat pillows and he absolutely loves it. If it changes for me I'll update.

Perfect Pillow!

I have spent so much money trying to find the right pillow. As a side sleeper I would always wake up with a stiff neck but not with this pillow! It’s a perfect height and the pillow stays fairly cool. It’s totally my Goldilocks pillow!❤️
