Have you ever actually read the ingredients in your favorite Chicken Bouillon? I hadn’t—at least not closely—until I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. That’s when I found out my go-to bouillon wasn’t even gluten-free. I was floored. Not only was it unsafe for me, but the label was loaded with chemicals, fillers, and vague “natural flavors.”
Creating my own Chicken Bouillon wasn’t part of the plan—it happened out of necessity. After launching our Chicken Ramen Seasoning and Onion Soup Mix at the Gluten-Free Expo in Utah (October 2022), I learned that the bouillon powder I was using in those blends contained seed oils, corn, and soy—ingredients many of our customers were allergic to. That didn’t sit right with me. I was determined to do better.
I started searching for a cleaner bouillon option that was truly allergy-friendly. Turns out... it didn’t exist. So, I created one.
The first version of our Chicken Bouillon was already the cleanest and healthiest option on the market—but it still had 620mg of sodium per ¼ tsp serving, which was more than I wanted. So I kept working. For over a year, I teamed up with talented chefs and food scientists to find a better balance.
Now, I’m proud to say: not only do we still have the cleanest ingredient label in the industry, we also have the lowest sodium Chicken Bouillon on the market—just 550mg per full teaspoon. For comparison, many conventional brands pack in 800–1100mg per serving.
Clean ingredients. Allergy-friendly. Lower sodium. It took years to get here, but I can’t wait for you to taste the difference.
