ACCUVAC Pro Suction Pump

The Accuvac Pro from Weinmann is a powerful secretion aspirator that offers a high suction capacity of approx. 34 l/min at -0.8 bar. The electrical suction pump has an automatic function check with rapid visual and acoustic feedback. The device is robust, safe and hygienically designed and complies with the EN-1789 standard. It is air worthy according to RTCA DO-160G and a class IIa medical device.


The Accuvac Pro has a long-life lithium-ion battery with over 60 minutes of runtime. It is suitable for adult, children and infants and provides efficient endotracheal or bronchial suctioning. The suction system is available with either a reusable or disposable secretions canister.

The history offers a detailed and well organized account of the Royal Navy as it transitioned from sail to steam. Coverage included personalities, technology, tactics and strategy. I look forward to the final volume, which should describe another watershed era.
