Ink Gin presents a stunning, deep indigo hue with excellent clarity — the hallmark of Australia’s original butterfly pea gin, infused with specially prepared butterfly pea flower petals steeped for 24 hours to deliver its distinctive 100% natural colour. Watch it transform dramatically from indigo to blush pink when mixed with tonic water, lemon or lime juice. Note: 100% natural colour with no artificial stabilisers — organic colours fade over time, so enjoy your bottle sooner rather than later.

Aroma

Fresh, piney and immediately captivating on the nose — juniper berries lead with a confident, classic gin character, with locally grown lemon myrtle leaf adding a clean, floral citrus brightness and Tasmanian pepper berry delivering a warming, spiced complexity. Coriander seed and sun-dried sweet orange peel weave through with a fresh, citrusy generosity, while elderflower, cinnamon and cardamom add perfume and elegance.
