Dose:
Take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Warnings:
- The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms of retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
- If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
- This product contains high doses of selenium, which is toxic. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare practitioner.

Affordable and easy to wear for a nice rucking session around my city neighborhood. Strap design fits comfortably around my shoulder. Tends to rub my traps after a long session, but that could be due to posture. Clips securely but straps are too long. Fits under hoodie very nicely.
