This rear wing stabilizer kit includes 6 aluminum riser blocks, 2 rear hatch cable limiters with 2 brackets, Stainless Steel hardware, black vinyl to cover hatch where cables will touch the hatch, and vinyl applicator.
The VMS Racing Rear Wing Riser Kit will lift the rear wing up off the hatch for much more aggressive look and better air flow.
The VMS Racing wing riser kit is angle and height adjustable. You can now dial in the exact look you want. The height is adjustable from 1.1" to 1.7" and the angle is adjustable from 0 - 4 degrees.
Having the wing spaced from your rear window will keep the glass much cleaner, as now the air will travel down across the window instead of swirling under the wing.
The VMS Racing wing riser blocks are manufactured of T6061 billet aluminum which are hard anodized black for corrosion protection and great looks. All the hardware is stainless steel and will never rust. The hatch limiter cables are made of vinyl coated Stainless Steel wire. These Stainless Steel limiter cables are included, because the wing is now taller you have to limit the travel of the trunk lid, or it would have interference with the roof. The limiters will reduce the travel of the trunk lid by about 25%.
Installation is fairly simple. In short, the rear wing has to be unbolted from the car. The spacers go in between the wing and the hatch, vinyl is applied where the cable limiters can touch the hatch, the cable limiters are installed and adjusted and you are basically done.
