With Air Lift Performance, you can fix exactly what's holding it back -- the handling and driving dynamics. Our engineers started on the Q50 by getting you down 85mm from stock height. But that was simply not enough for Air Lift Performance. Our kits are all about achieving the versatility that the common coilover cannot, eliminating classic lowered-car problems, like bottoming out, with the touch of a button. We pride ourselves on making sure that every Q50 kit that we build not only provides a great ride, but also handles the curves like a fine sports sedan should. In front, the Q50 kit features our double-bellow air springs over monotube, threaded-body shocks, which provide a comfortable ride and great body support during cornering or braking. With 30 levels of damping adjustability, the shocks allow for a huge range of customization, with the ability to go from super soft to a stiff performance setup. The dampers are secured with rubber-isolated upper and lower mounts, specifically designed to improve any noise vibration harshness, keeping your ride quiet and comfortable while slammed to the streets. A Miracle for dry mouth!!

I don't know what I would do without this product. I suffer from severe dry mouth from my medications and xylmelts have been a miracle for me. I buy them regularly and cannot live without them

Slim profile, stays anchored all night (Berry flavor is great!)

I rely on these nightly to combat dry mouth, and they deliver exactly what is promised. The adhesion mechanism is impressive—once placed against the gum, the disc stays securely anchored for a full 6–8 hours without shifting, allowing me to sleep without interruption.
The profile is ideal; the discs are incredibly slim and unobtrusive, so you don't feel like you have a bulky object in your mouth while trying to fall asleep. Despite being so compact, they pack enough moisture to last until morning. The Berry flavor is mild and soothing, making it a perfect bedside companion. Highly recommended.

Excellent product for dry mouth

If you are having trouble with dry mouth, especially while sleeping, this is definitely the product for you. I have severe dry mouth and have tried multiple things including hard candy (yes, I know not very smart) as well as different biotin products, the mouthwash, the spray and the gel, which all do work, but do not last for very long. These stay in place open the corner of your mouth, last for hours and truly work. I highly recommend it if you are having a dry mouth issue

Works great

I have to use these for about 1/2 a year. I keep bronchitis and sinusitis from about Oct. to April every since I was a child. When I am suffering with these I can't breath through my nose, epically at night while sleeping and would wake up several times a night with dry mouth so bad ir was literally painful. My mom turned me on to these because she was using the with her CPAP. I sometimes have a bit of difficulty getting them to stay put but overall they are great. I have tried the OG, cinnamon, and berry. The OG have no real taste, but you wake up with a sweet taste in your mouth. I tried the cinnamon because I love cinnamon and didn't listen to the reviews stating how strong the flavor is, big regret, it's like putting two or three fireballs in your mouth, won't be making that mistake again. The berry ones are actually best in my opinion. They have a light berry flavor that isn't overpowering, isn't quite as sweet as the OG. Whichever one you choose you won't wake up in pain. I do suggest using only one at first as opposed to the two they recommend, unless you like waking up with your head on a water logged pillow. One generally gets me through the night unless my congestion is super bad, then I will sometimes have to use a 2nd one about 1/2 way through my night when I wake up for the bathroom and realize it's already completely dissolved.
