Appearance
Pale straw with green hues and a very fine bead — reflecting the wine’s freshness and the quality of King Valley fruit harvested in the cool of night to achieve the ideal balance of freshness and acidity.
Aroma
Fruit-driven with hints of green apple and wisteria — fresh and inviting, with the aromatic purity and vibrant character that night harvesting and cool stainless steel fermentation preserve in full.
Palate
Apple and pear with fresh pithy lemon — gentle creaminess providing texture and interest, the very fine bead adding elegance and liveliness, and the clean, refreshing finish lingering with fruit and a touch of creamy complexity. Beautiful balance between fruit intensity and refreshing acidity throughout.
