Het consult bestaat uit onderstaande onderdelen:

  • Eerste consult: Tijdens het eerste consult brengen we jouw situatie en doelen in kaart d.m.v. een uitgebreide intakegesprek.

  • Meten is weten: We doen een prescreening door middel van een vegatest en we bespreken of het waardevol is om bepaalde testen te doen (ontlasting, bloed, speeksel, urine) via het laboratorium (zie overzicht testen).

  • Deep learning sessie: Na het in kaart brengen van jouw situatie geef ik je uitleg over de verstoorde werkingsmechanismen die uiteindelijk hebben geleid tot jouw symptomen. Het begrijpen van de situatie is een eerste stap richting herstel van je darmen, hormonen en energie.

  • Behandelplan: Na de uitleg over de werkingsmechanismen gaan we aan de slag om dit aan te pakken door middel van een behandelplan op maat. Na het consult krijg je een compleet behandelplan via ons digitaal klanten portaal op het gebied van voeding, supplementen en Intermittent Living/ leefstijlaanpassingen. Het uitgeschreven advies is samen met mijn voorbereidingen bij de prijs inbegrepen.

Great Everyday Paper Plates for the Price

For around six bucks, getting 100 microwave-safe paper plates like this is a really good deal. Also, they’re actually pretty good quality. They can hold a decent amount of food and they don’t get all soggy or start dripping through the bottom halfway through eating. The soak-proof part is legit. Another thing I liked is the design. The white and green looks simple but nice, and they honestly just look better than a lot of the random cheap paper plates out there. I will say, if the food is extremely hot, the bottom of the plate does warm up pretty fast since the plates are somewhat thin underneath. Sometimes using two plates instead of one helps with that. Amazon Basics definitely nailed these. 100% would recommend them.
