Wanneer Rosalyn Bernay na een reeks onvoorziene gebeurtenissen alleen en berooid achterblijft, grijp ze het aanbod van een betrekking achter de schermen van een theater met beide handen aan. Als liefhebber van zang en muziek voelt ze zich er onmiddelijk thuis en het duurt niet lang of diep vanbinnen ontbrandt het verlangen om op een dag zelf op het podium te staan. Maar tegelijk werpt de dreiging uit haar verleden schaduwen over haar droom. Na een verwonding aan zijn hand verlaat Nate Morgan noodgedwongen zijn regiment in Indië en keert terug naar Londen; de plek met de vele bittere herinneringen. Hij stemt toe om tijdelijk het baantje van zijn broer, die door een gebroken been aan huis is gebonden, over te nemen en gaat aan de slag als toneelknecht bij de voorstelling HMS Pinefore. Maar ondanks dat hij het er naar zijn zin heeft, telt Nate de dagen af tot hij zich weer bij zijn regiment kan voegen. Zowel Rosalyn als Nate zet alles op alles om het verleden achter zich te laten en een nieuw leven te beginnen, en niet zonder uitwerking, want al snel worden de rollen omgedraaid…Shipping Notes

Excellent Leather Quality - Beautiful Handbag
Beautiful handbag. I usually only buy designer handbags of good quality. I am fond of a particular Tory Burch handbag that is no longer made. When I saw this handbag, which is similar in looks to the bag I can no longer find by Tory Burch, I decided to take a chance because it was on sale at an amazingly reasonable price. I am so glad I did. The bag is gorgeous, stitching impeccable, and leather excellent quality. Love all the interior pockets. Lining in side is beautiful. Also, not heavy even with all my stuff in it--do not hesitate to buy this bag. It is a very good find on Amazon.

Mostly Open Tote, with Pockets

I love this bag. It's large enough for a short shopping trip, but not so big it drags when carried by hand (I'm short, so it's a factor). I like the pebbled surface but wish the bottom had little feet to protect the leather when set down. It has 1 zipped external pocket and 2 internal zipped pockets, although the second inside one could use a bit of structure; it flops, tending to cover items in the main compartment. It is high quality otherwise, fully lined, and a good value. I use it frequently, with enjoyment.

Nicest bag I’ve ever owned. Designer quality, obsessed.
It’s still hard to believe that how nice this bag is and that it’s mine and that I got it in Amazon. I’ve been searching for a high quality bag and was willing to pay 3x this price... I have many designer bags and somehow this is better than anything I’ve ever owned. I’m so happy I tried this out because I’ll never own another bag again. I literally get asked everywhere I go where I got my bag and everyone’s shocked to hear it was Amazon. I want it in every color... red is next for my bday! The leather is insanely high quality, straps are *LONG,* COMFY AND STURDY... Normally shoulder bag straps are either too short or so thin that they hurt/feel unreliable. So many inside pockets plus an outside pocket... It fits so much yet it’s not a big ugly tote.. it’s still a shoulder purse. I carry a giant wallet, small wallet, mints, chapstick, medication, a giant core water... and more and it all fits perfectly and straps are comfy. Literally obsessed... also I’ve never written a paid review before, this is not one, I just seriously love this bag so much.
