Boerse Cabernet Franc van huize Grosbois. Veel rijp rood fruit, licht zwart fruit, specerijen, zwarte peper beetje aards met en vrij vegetaal. Rijp, sappig, zacht en kruidig. Dé signatuur van de Loire, een hulde aan het gebied waar Nicolas en Sylvain opgroeide. De vleesmessen mogen uit de kast.

Het familiedomein Domaine Grosbois ligt in de wijnstreek Chinon, in het hart van de Loire vallei. De wijnkelder is een oude, tot wijnhuis omgebouwde boerderij uit de 15e eeuw. Het domein zelf telt in totaal 12 hectare op de hoge flanken van Panzoult in Chinon. Eigenaar Nicolas werkte al jaren biologisch en is nu 100% biodynamisch (DEMETER-gecertificeerd). De wijnstokken zijn 40 jaar oud en hebben een rendement van 35 hectoliter per hectare.
Samen met zijn jeugdvriend Philippe Mesnier zijn zij Domaine des Hauts Baigneux en de ‘Les Tetes’ wijnen begonnen in Azay-le-Rideau, Loire.

I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
