- Elk juweeltje wordt met zorg verpakt.
- Advies: doe de oorbelletjes uit tijdens het douchen of zwemmen. De chemische middeltjes in bijv. shampoo of zwemwater kunnen de oorbelletjes aantasten.
- Wij hanteren een garantie termijn van 1 maand op de oorbelletjes mits ze naar behoren zijn gedragen. De garantie gaat in op de dag dat wij de oorbelletjes naar je opsturen. Hou hier rekening mee als je de oorbelletjes op een later tijdstip cadeau wilt geven, controleer ze bij ontvangst.
Onder de garantie vallen niet: krasjes en deukjes en andere schade die door dagelijks gebruik kunnen ontstaan, valschade en evenmin schade/verkleuring veroorzaakt door blootstelling aan chemicaliën zoals aanwezig is sommige soorten parfum, make-up, shampoo, haarstyling producten, chloorwater ed.
