Domaine Rethore Davy, gelegen in de prestigieuze Mauges tussen Angers en de Atlantische kust, brengt met deze Parcelles Chardonnay een prachtige expressie van Loire-terroir voort. Meesterwijnmaker Christophe Réthoré en wijngaardspecialist Jean Michel Davy combineren hun expertise om deze elegante Chardonnay te creëren die de minerale rijkdom van de Loire-bodems perfect weergeeft.

Smaakprofiel

Deze Chardonnay toont zich in een heldere, goudgele kleur met groene reflecties. Het aromatische bouquet ontvouwt frisse tonen van citroen, limoen en groene appel, aangevuld met subtiele perzik en een vleugje witte bloesem. In de mond is de wijn levendig en fris met een zachte, ronde textuur. De karakteristieke Loire-mineraliteit komt prachtig tot uiting, ondersteund door een elegante zuurgraad. De afdronk is verfrissend en persistent met delicate amandel- en vanilletonen die voortkomen uit de zorgvuldige vinificatie in roestvrij staal.

Spijscombinaties

Perfect bij gegrilde zeebaars met citroenboter, kreeft thermidor, kippicata met dragon of een warme geitenkaassalade met walnoten. Uitstekend als aperitief. Serveer gekoeld op 8-10°C.

It has been said many times in cheezy ads, but honestly, if you only read one book on Cyber Security make it this one.
