Deze combinatie maakt ons nylon bijzonder eenvoudig in 3D-printen. In vergelijking met conventioneel nylon, dat vaak moeilijk te verwerken is, biedt NylonPower verbeterde hechting op het printbed en kan het bij lagere temperaturen worden geprint. Dit materiaal is geschikt voor de meest gangbare FFF/FDM 3D-printers.

Tips voor optimaal 3D-printen met nylonfilament

Bij 3D-printen met nylon moet een verwarmd printbed worden gebruikt. Voor de beste hechting raden we het gebruik van Magigoo PA aan. De temperatuur moet tussen 60 en 80 °C worden ingesteld.

Nylon PA6/66 – Een krachtig 3D-printfilament

Nylon kenmerkt zich door een hoge mechanische sterkte en vervormt minder. Het is moeilijk te breken of te breken. Bovendien behoort nylon tot de beste materialen wat betreft slagvastheid.

Bijzondere materiaaleigenschappen van Nylon & tips voor verwerking

Nylon is zeer hygroscopisch, wat betekent dat het vloeistoffen opneemt. Dit kan voordelig zijn als u uw filament wilt kleuren. Het is echter belangrijk om het nylon voor gebruik te drogen. Stel de oven in op 70-80 °C en laat het filament daar 4-8 uur liggen. Hoe langer u het droogt, hoe beter het printresultaat wordt, zowel visueel als qua prestaties.
