In seguito alla vendemmia manuale, avviene la fermentazione a bassa

In seguito alla vendemmia manuale, avviene la fermentazione a bassa temperatura in acciaio, a cui segue una sosta sulle fecce fini di circa 2-3 mesi. Fresco e gradevole, è un vino bianco dalla personalità versatile.
Accompagna zuppe tiepide di verdure, trenette al pesto o fritture miste.
