De Sanotechnik Deuren Smartflex douchecabine combineert veiligheidsglas met aluminium profielen. Het glas is uitgevoerd in 80 mm helder glas. De vorm is kwartrond. Daardoor krijgt de doucheruimte een verzorgde, samenhangende uitstraling.

De gesloten opstelling begrenst de douchezone duidelijk en houdt spatwater beter binnen de gekozen hoek. De materialen zijn gekozen voor een verzorgde uitstraling en praktisch dagelijks onderhoud. Met een maat van 80x80x195 cm kunt u de beschikbare vloer- en wandruimte vooraf goed afstemmen. Deze douchecabine is bedoeld voor montage in een douchehoek.

Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
