Waarom D3 en K2 samen

D3 en K2 zijn allebei vetoplosbaar en worden vaak samen aangeboden. Vitamine D draagt bij tot de instandhouding van normale botten en tot de normale werking van het immuunsysteem. Vitamine K draagt bij tot een normale bloedstolling en tot de instandhouding van normale botten. In deze formule krijg je vitamine d3 en k2 in vaste verhouding, zodat je niet twee losse producten hoeft te combineren.

De vitamine K2 hier is menaquinon-7, kortweg MK-7, uit het merk MenaQ7®. Per capsule zit er 180 µg in, naast de 125 µg vitamine D3. Dat is een hooggedoseerde combinatie van vitamine d3 en k2 in één plantaardige capsule. Omdat het om vetoplosbare vitamines gaat, neem je de capsule bij voorkeur tijdens een maaltijd.
