Domaine des Hauts Baigneux 'Les Chenes' 2020 Domaine des Hauts Baigneaux is een samenwerking tussen oude vrienden en wijnmakers Nicolas Grobois en Philippe Mesnier. Inwoners van de Loire-vallei, en met hun eigen wijnen om zich zorgen over te maken, vonden ze toch tijd om samen te werken en samen te komen voor dit project, door 12 hectare wijnstokken te kopen in de kleine subregio Azay-le-Rideau, een uitstekende, hoewel relatief onbekende, niet ver van Chinon. Ze begonnen onmiddellijk alle wijnstokken biologisch te bewerken en begonnen aan een missie om de regio nieuw leven in te blazen. De wijnen van Domaine des Hauts Baigneux worden allemaal geproduceerd met natuurlijke gist en gebotteld met minimale tussenkomst.
