Elke verpakking van 1 kg bevat 33 porties en elke portie van 30 g bevat 25 g complexe koolhydraten. Dit betekent dat Cream of Rice weinig suiker en vet bevat en boordevol pure energie zit. Dit is een geweldige boost voor een training en zal je helpen langer te trainen of je kracht te geven door korte uitbarstingen van intensieve training.

Aanbevolen gebruik:

Optie 1. Meng 1 maatschep (30 gram) met 100-150ml warm water.  Goed roeren en wacht circa 1-2 minuten alvorens te consumeren.
Optie 2. Meng 1 maatschep (30 gram) met 100-150ml koud water of melk en even goed roeren. Plaats vervolgens 2 minuten in de magnetron. Nogmaals goed roeren, en geniet!
