Beschrijving

Voedingssupplement met nutriënten

 

Physalis Magnesium + K2 + D3 vormt een krachtig trio dat uitstekend op elkaar afgestemd is. Het bevat goed opneembare magnesiumbisglycinaat, plantaardige vitamine D3 uit pijnboom (LocVita®) en een uitzonderlijk zuivere en all-trans dubbel gecoate en geëncapsuleerde vitamine K2 (K2VITAL® Delta). Magnesium draagt bij tot de vermindering van vermoeidheid en tot de spierwerking*. Daarnaast ondersteunt het de werking van het zenuwstelsel. Vitamine D3 draagt bij tot het behoud van sterke botten en tanden en speelt een rol in de opname van calcium. Vitamine K2 zorgt er op zijn beurt voor dat calcium in de botten terecht komt en speelt bovendien een rol bij de bloedstol­ling. Magnesium is dan weer nodig voor de activering van vitamine D3 in de lever en nieren. Tot slot ondersteunt vitamine D3 het immuunsysteem en despierwerking.

 

Buiten het bereik van jonge kinderen bewaren. De aanbevolen dosis niet overschrijden. Een voedingssupplement is geen vervanging van een gevarieerde voeding en een gezonde levensstijl.

Perfect For My Routine

I am retired military, so exercise has always been a part of my daily routine. Since the pandemic I have had to adjust, which is hard because the gym has the equipment I have become accustomed to. I didn’t realize how different it was working out there as when I started to work out at home on my hard wood floors (no carpet anywhere). I thought it would be easy but the military exercise mat is entirely too thin and was making my tailbone hurt tremendously, so I had to give up my sit-ups and some other ab exercises. This kind of threw a wrench into my routine and I could start feeling my motivation go away. I decided to take a look on Amazon for a thicker mat. I should have done this long ago because I found this one I’m writing about. It’s the shape of any typical exercise Matt except it’s 1” thick. It appears to be made of a type of foam (not bothering to look at the description right now). When I pulled it out I thought I was going to sink in making sit-ups even harder but it’s firm but not hard. I like it better than what is at the gym. Durability will be hard to determine until I’ve had it a while but I’m definitely excited to start back up on my exercises. I recommend this mat if you have hard wood floors, bad back, bad knees, etc. I thought I read some negative reviews about mats this thick because of yoga and balance but I beg to differ. If balancing is part of your exercise routine, then a mat which makes balance harder is exactly what you want. Exercise is supposed to be challenging and you need to work harder to see a difference. If that isn’t your goal or if balance is a medical issue, this may not be the right mat for you. Something you may not think about is I have chronic foot pain and this mat makes it less painful for me to stand or jump. For me, this mat is perfect.
