Expeditions is een competitief, kaartgestuurd, motor-bouwend ontdekkingsspel. Speel kaarten om kracht, bedrog en unieke arbeidersvaardigheden te krijgen; verplaats je mech naar mysterieuze locaties en krijg kaarten die je tussen de tegels vindt; gebruik arbeiders, voorwerpen, meteorieten en zoektochten om je mech te verbeteren; en gebruik kracht en bedrog om corruptie te overwinnen.

*De Ironclad Editie van Expeditions heeft 5 grote metalen mechs (in plaats van plastic miniaturen) en siliconen tegels (in plaats van plastic), evenals een individueel genummerde doos met folie belettering.
