De slijtvaste schaal van polycarbonaat is goed geventileerd dankzij 19 grote ventilatieopeningen, waardoor de lucht vrij kan circuleren in de helm, zelfs bij lage snelheden, voor meer comfort tijdens het rijden. De lichtgewicht in-mold constructie combineert een laag absorberend schuim met een stijve buitenschaal. Er is ook een versterkt brugsysteem aan de bovenkant (de Powerbridge Protection) voor betere schokabsorptie.

Bovenal bevat deze 3.0 helm ook de Turbine 360° technologie: kleine, flexibele schokdempers zijn aangebracht in het schuim van de binnenbekleding en beloven de energie van een impact met 30% te verminderen en de rotatiekrachten bij schuine inslagen met 40%, om het risico op hersenschudding bij een val op het hoofd te verminderen.
