Baglio Gibellina Passimiento

De Baglio Gibellina Passimiento is een mooie rode wijn uit Sicilië, Italië. Hij is gemaakt van Frappato en Nero d’Avola, twee druivensoorten die samen een perfecte balans van frisheid en volheid creëren. De Frappato wordt vroeg geoogst voor een levendige smaak, terwijl de Nero d’Avola indroogt aan de stok voor extra concentratie (Passimiento-methode). De wijn rijpt enkele maanden in roestvrijstalen tanks om zijn fruitige karakter te behouden.

De wijn heeft een diepe rode kleur en een verleidelijk aroma van rode bessen, pruimen en chocolade. In de mond proef je een warme en volle smaak, aangevuld met zachte tannines en een elegante frisheid. Hij past perfect bij Italiaanse pasta’s en verfijnde kazen, waar zijn balans tussen zoet en fris mooi tot uiting komt.

Baglio Gibellina ligt in het hart van Sicilië, omringd door glooiende heuvels en oude wijngaarden. Het wijnhuis combineert moderne technieken met eeuwenoude Siciliaanse tradities. Door de hoogte en het mediterrane klimaat krijgen de druiven optimale rijping en smaakontwikkeling. Dit proef je terug in hun wijnen: intens, elegant en typisch Siciliaans.
