Corposo, fresco e marcatamente sapido in assaggio, dove stupisce per la lunga persistenza fruttata, fino al finale piacevolmente vanigliato.L’Etna Bianco DOC “Zottorinotto” 2019 di Tornatore nasce da uve carricante in purezza, raccolte a mano nel vigneto di proprietà posto nel comune di Castiglione di Sicilia, sul versante nord del vulcano. La fermentazione e l’affinamento a contatto con le fecce nobili sono eseguiti in barriques di rovere francese. Un bianco dal sincero carattere territoriale, che unisce eleganza e potenza.
