Santa Tresa is een van de oudste en ook beste wijnmakerijen van Sicilië. Ze produceren wijnen van inheemse druivensoorten van topkwaliteit uit Vittoria. De druiven profiteren hier van de ideale weersomstandigheden. De wijngaarden genieten van de Siciliaanse zon en een verkoelende zeebries, ver genoeg van de zee. Het resultaat zijn biologische wijnen met een ultieme expressie van de druivensoorten. Zodra ze het hoogtepunt van rijpheid hebben gereikt wordt elke druivensoort afzonderlijk van elkaar met de hand geoogst. De druiven worden zorgvuldig in kleine bakjes van 15 kilo gedaan en naar de wijnmakerij gebracht. Na een zeer zachte ontsteling worden de Nero d’Avola-druiven gefermenteerd in Slavonische eikenvaten, bij ongeveer 18-24 graden. Zodra de gisting is voltooid, blijft het sap ongeveer 15 dagen op zijn schil. Nadat het van de schil is gescheiden, wordt het teruggeplaatst in eikenhouten vaten, waar malolactische gisting op natuurlijke wijze plaatsvindt.12 maanden houtlagering voor Cerasuolo di Vittoria
De Frappato wordt gefermenteerd in roestvrijstalen tanks bij een temperatuur van 18-20 graden, koeler dan voor de Nero d'Avola om de fruitige tonen te behouden. Na fermentatie blijft het sap 8-10 dagen op de schil, waarna malolactische fermentatie plaatsvindt. Zodra de malolactische gisting is voltooid, worden de wijnen gemengd om de nieuwe Cerasuolo te creëren, waarvan het merendeel wordt gerijpt op eiken waarvan ongeveer 15% gerijpt in Franse eikenhouten barriques. De veroudering van eikenhout duurt ongeveer een jaar. Cerasuolo betekent letterlijk kersenrood en dat is ook hoe deze wijn in het glas schittert. In de neus merken wij kersen en karamel op. Cooling Blanket for Hot Sleepers, Soft Lightweight Comfort with a Cool-to-the-Touch Feel
This reversible cooling blanket is a great option for anyone who sleeps warm. It’s incredibly soft, very lightweight, and has that instantly cool-to-the-touch feel that makes it especially comfortable for hot sleepers.
What I liked most is how airy and breathable it feels without being heavy or stuffy. It’s comfortable enough to use all night and gives that nice cooling sensation when you first pull it over you. The softness also makes it feel cozy without sacrificing the lightweight design.
My only real wish is that it came with a matching pillowcase, because that would make it feel even more complete as a sleep set.

Cooling Blanket is a sleep saver for me!
This is the second product I have used from bedsmile and as with the other one, this is a great product! It truly is a cooling blanket. I am a very hot sleeper and live in a hot, humid climate, so this has been a sleep saver for me! One side is silky smooth and feels so good on your skin. The other side has a texture to it which is great if you want to use it as your only bedding, which I do. It covers well and hangs over the edges as it should. I ordered the white one and it is bright and unblemished. The silky side magically feels much cooler than typical bedding and keeps me cooler during the night. It is lightweight but heavy enough to make you feel that you are "under the covers". In my opinion, putting additional covers over it would defeat the purpose but if you live in a cooler climate, it would still be beneficial to use this blanket as the silky coolness would help get a good night's sleep anywhere. Another great benefit of this product is that it does not have any strange odors when unpacking. I did wash it before using, but honestly, I am not sure it was necessary.

Incredible Value - Soft, Stays in Place, and Military Son Approved!
