De koning van de Rhône deze Delas Condrieu La Galopine, want wat is hij verfijnd en perfect in balans. De La Galopine is een assemblage van vier percelen, Vérin, Saint-Cyr-sur-Rhône en Chavanay. De gemiddelde productie bedraagt 13.000 flessen, en dat is ieder jaar uitverkocht! Niet gek hoor want wat is deze wijn heerlijk, echt een top klasse Condrieu. De wijngaard is vaak het slachtoffer geweest van geschiedenis en is bijna meerdere keren verdwenen tijdens de invasies van de barbaren, in de dagen van de "Grandes Compagnies" (in de 17e en 18e eeuw) en, meer recentelijk, aan het einde van de 19e eeuw , met de phylloxera-besmetting. Het klimaat is hier continentaal, warm en droog in de zomer. Maar wel met regelmatige regenval in de andere seizoenen.Volledig handmatige oogst voor Condrieu La Galopine
Na het handmatig plukken worden de druiven in kleine dozen vervoerd naar de wijnmakerij. Voorzichtig persen produceert een most die wordt gefermenteerd bij lage temperaturen van zestien tot achttien graden in vaten met temperatuurregeling om optimaal gebruik te maken van de complexe aroma's van de Viognier-variëteit. Elk jaar wordt een variabel deel van het gewas gefermenteerd (max. 20%) in nieuwe eikenhouten vaten. Direct na de malolactische gisting wordt de wijn gepekeld en vervolgens gerijpt tot fijne droesem, om de rijkdom van de structuur te verbeteren, terwijl de uitzonderlijke aroma's van de variëteit behouden blijven. Het bottelen vindt half april plaats.Een wijn vol verbazingwekkende en complexe geuren
Deze Delas Condrieu heeft een grote verscheidenheid aan verbazingwekkende en complexe aroma’s van onder andere viooltjes, abrikozen, perziken, honing en gedroogd fruit. In de smaak zijn deze overvloedige en weelderige aroma’s rijk, hoogst verleidelijk met een vettige structuur en een grote hoeveelheid tropisch fruit in de afdronk. A lotion that you remember since childhood

Wow! Queen Helene Cocoa Butter. What can I say about this timeless classic lotion.
Well first off, if you were growing up on the free school lunch program or had almost no money in your household while living off other government subsidies, Queen Helene Cocoa Butter was on your shelf somewhere in your home because of its price. I mean it was a budget bottled lotion product that we all poked fun at when you were broke.
BUT, it actually does the job. Yeah it really does. For what it has to offer, it works well and has a scent that will remind you of your past growing up just like when you use to apply Ben-Gay on to you. There's a reason this product almost has a 5 out of 5 stars review on Amazon. Because it's a no frills, straight forward lotion that does help moisturize your skin that last for the whole day/night with a pleasant fragrance. You do have to put multiple applications onto you, but it does work and has the same excellent results you would expect from the bigger name products available on the market.
We can all have a good laugh about Queen Helene Cocoa Butter on what it represented for those with little money. However, it always did the job on protecting and softening your skin without spending so much money on more expensive lotions.
I'll always have a bottle in my house as long as I live because it WORKS!!!

Light and Effective

I don't like lotion. Specifically, I don't like putting it on my hands. But my skin said, "tough." Literally. So, I had to suck it up and find a solution to the dry, rough skin I was developing. I looked through a lot of products and decided to try this. I'm glad I did--I love it!
It doesn't feel greasy.
My skin soaks it all up, even on my hands (I just have to distract myself for a couple minutes after I've rubbed it all in so it can finish soaking in).
It smells good! (It's not a strong scent and doesn't cause a headache for me or my scent-sensitive spouse).
There's a ton of it, and a little goes a long way. It's cost effective.
So, it ticks all my boxes. I can afford it, it's effective, the smell is good, and I don't get the overwhelming urge to wash it off! Win!

Weird batch?

I usually love this lotion, it’s the only one that isn’t too heavy or sticky, but this last bottle I just purchased seemed watered down. It evaporates as soon as it spreads in my hands. It seems like you have to apply a few thin layers for it to really feel like the normal stuff. I hope this is just a manufacturing problem that gets corrected soon.
