Allereerst zullen we de squat-bankdruksteunen wat uitdiepen. De multifunctionele steunen zijn belastbaar tot 180 kg en te verstellen in 16 posities! Zoals de naam al zegt is dit apparaat ideaal voor squatten en bankdrukken. Door te squatten train je niet alleen je bovenbenen, bil- en buikspieren, maar bouw je ook kracht en uithoudingsvermogen op. De back squat en front squat zijn de meest voorkomende squatoefeneningen die er zijn.
Mocht je ook bankdrukoefeningen willen doen? Geen probleem. Schaf een bankdrukkrukje aan en je bent ready to go! Dankzij de verstelbare safety spotters kun je ook in je eentje veilig aan de slag. De safety spotters vangen namelijk het gewicht op wanneer jij dit niet meer redt. Ideaal voor in je home gym dus.
Naast squat-bankdruksteunen ontvang je ook nog eens een halterset van 100 kg. Een set als deze kan eigenlijk in geen enkele serieuze home gym ontbreken, dus heb je een home gym of zou je er graag één willen? Dan is deze set uitermate geschikt voor thuis gebruik. Je traint er je armen, schouders, borstspieren, rugspieren en beenspieren mee. De schijven zijn van kunststof en hebben een boring van 30/31 mm. Doordat de schijven van kunststof zijn, raakt je vloer minder snel beschadigd. Om er helemaal zeker van te zijn dat jouw vloer kras- deukvrij blijft, hebben we vloermatten aan de deal toegevoegd!
Eigenlijk mogen deze vloermatten in geen enkele home gym ontbreken. De matten-set, gemaakt van hoogwaardig schuim, bestaat uit acht matten met een ‘hout-look’. Je kunt ze zeer eenvoudig in elkaar schuiven. Naast het beschermen tegen krassen en deuken, absorberen deze matten ook warmte en geluid. Hierdoor hebben de onderburen geen last van jouw heftige workout…
